Arun Sastry is a Member of Architects' Guild at Coscend Communications Solutions. He guides Coscend on the direction of its Networks and Applications Engineering business, and its application development, architecture services, and technology consulting services.
He has served as a senior technical leader of GSM softswitch product portfolio at Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to this, he worked as a telecom software engineer and project manager at Perot Systems. In this responsibility, he helped Spatial Wireless build its flagship switching products. Spatial Wireless was sold to Alcatel Lucent. Prior to that, Tarun worked in Alcatel’s R&D and engineering business units.
Over the past two decades, Tarun has worked in Japan, Germany, India and the U.S. In these responsibilities, he gained expertise in a wide variety of telecom technologies and products including Alcatel Atrium (CLI, EMS, ISDN, HLR), OARP, telecom testing, Solaris and SS 7 signaling protocol.
Arun has earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Hyderabad, India.
